This was the most positive interview process I've ever experienced. It involved two in-person interviews. During the second, I had the chance to meet everyone in the office and get an idea of what working there would be like. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable there throughout the entire process. I could tell that the company culture is very important to them, and everyone in the office is genuinely happy to be there. Although I ended up taking another offer with a different company, I was very impressed with the interview process and know that I could have been happy working at Senior Market Advisors, as well.
