Senior Services Associates interview questions

After sending 2 follow up emails, I got a reply a month or two after applying. It was a slow process to secure an in person interview. I had to negotiate a higher pay. The associate director at the time who interviewed me offered me the job after 15-20 minutes of discussion (and 2 months of waiting).
