Interview
Its an worst interview process i have ever had. They mentioned in the invite that we are looking for experience with java, spring boot and microservices, but in person they wont do this they are hiring for basically support job (contact center development). They don't know even how to ask questions, they just look at your resume and ask what is what. Too much of taking time, i went there nearly 10.00 am but i got out of office at 6.00 pm. There is no day shift (may be in some projects) , full of night shift. Additionally there is no insurance , gratuity. If you got selected they will provide same salary as u already having or may me lesser than that. Candidates be aware of this name (Sensiple) while applying for jobs, they will call u but they hire in terms of rejecting you , they will only give priority to cloud certificate holding candidates, instead of directly saying this job is not for you, they will waste your time and reject you if you got selected, they will negotiate a worst salary compensation.

Simply they look at your resume and ask what is what. If you answers anything without thinking, they will say good(as the interviewer knows nothing)
First round is the telephonic round. Followed by, technical interview round 1 will be conducted.Candidates clearing this round will have technical interview 2. On clearing the 2 nd round, candidates will have final HR interview.

Interview
It’s a walk-in drive at Sensiple, Siruseri campus. The process went for two days.
Day 1 - They conducted the group discussion at first in which they will evaluate your English fluency. Even a single point is enough for you to crack the Gd. And the shortlisted candidates had to write the aptitude test. It is of normal pattern which had around 10 questions of aptitude, 15-20 questions of logical reasoning and 10 questions of English vocabulary and 5 questions on comprehension.
Day 2 - The candidates who’s cleared aptitude round were called for technical interview. If they are not satisfied with your interview performance they’ll have an another round of interview again. I’ve attended three rounds of technical interview in which they’ll check your basic knowledge of whatever language you put on your resume. Interview questions is only based on your resume.
