The Interview process was very straightforward. I was invited to an online meeting, where there were two other people present. A Research and Development Engineer and a HR representative. We discussed my motivations for applying for the position and my background. Then I was introduced to the kind of work that would be expected of me, and the research and development projects taking place at the company. It was a very cordial atmosphere and enjoyed the conversation very much.
