It was laid back and comfortable. My manager was personable and unassuming. The phone interview was from her home phone and she was working from home because of family problems. She didn’t want to miss my interview.

Applied online. Was contacted by human resources for an over the phone interview. Human resources then scheduled an in person interview at the location I applied to. I had an interview with Director and Supervisor. I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses.
