Interview
It was a three stage interview
1. Group interview with kahoot, and essay writing
2. Technical interview with potential line managers to assess skill level.
3. Presentation to management to assess communication skills and ability to understand and solve problems
I applied online. I interviewed at Sentinel Africa Consulting
Interview
Abysmal. The interview started late, key stakeholders were absent and there was no real scope of the interview. Also, there was no HR staff who actually conducted the interview.
They made an offer which was way below market rate which i declined.
