They called an interviewed me right on the spot, without warning. The next interview was set up less than 24 hours prior. It wasn't too hard though, the interviewer was concise.
Three separate interviews, didn’t ask me a lot. Told me it was purely commission based, gave me a lot of information on what the company does and what the job would be like.

Interview
Phone interview initially, followed by a face-to-face interview with the director. Focus on formal business attire and cleanliness, as well as having great customer service and communication skills. Answering questions based on prior experience and theoretical situations that may relate to the job.
