I did the initial interview, a test translation that took 4-5 hours, then a final interview to be told my desired salary was too much. They offered me less than my current salary. I thought it wad quite unprofessional to not check the desired salary range first before giving me the test translation to do. Such a waste of my time. If you interview here, make sure to check they can definitely offer you your desired salary in the FIRST interview. The suggested pay is low too. They say it‘s according to local standards, but if they want the experience and native skill, they have to PAY for that. The average salary in these expensive times just won’t do. I felt insulted frankly.
