Sequenom interview questions

The interview consisted of a recruiter phone screen, QA Manager phone interview, Senior QA phone interview, and a face to face with 11 employees (2 Developers, 2 SQA, 2 Business Analysts, 2 Development Managers, 1 clinical, and 1 from billing) . The process has taken 2 months and counting. At this point, I am certain that I was not selected, but after the long process, Sequenom/Labcorp has not let me know either way. The employees that I met were very pleasant, but the company's arduous hiring process leaves little doubt as to why there are very few offers listed on this site. Four rounds of interviews spread across a month and a half involving a dozen people seems a bit overkill for a software QA position that has no reports or management responsibilities. The lack of response or even acknowledgement is the real bummer. If this is indicative of how the company treats employees, I probably dodged a bullet.

WARNING! I was targeted for a scam to get my personal information: Make sure that you're communicating with actual Sequenom, not a scammer posing to be them! I applied to a customer service position and was contacted by an email address with the ending "@sequenomonline.com" asking me to continue my application for a "Remote Admin Support Position" instead. I was emailed a pdf outlining very realistic job responsibilities, true information about the company, and compensation/benefits. I also did an interview over google hangouts, which included very realistic interview questions. By the time these people had offered me the job, I was nearly positive it was a scam due to some slight grammar issues and the fact that I was not given any opportunity for any face-to-face communication (skype nor in-person). Before moving any further, I contacted the Sequenom SD to confirm if the people I was communicating were fake and they said that this is nothing new. I hope that this message reaches people that are also targeted; this was the first place I looked to start confirming my suspicions. I gave Sequenom a negative review because it was implied from my conversation with the real Sequenom that they are doing very little to make people aware of this scam, something I believe to be their obligation.
