Phone interview screen was first, then a second phone interview with high-level staff, then in-person interview. The interviewer asked normal questions pertaining to position, was friendly. Interviewer detailed major priorities and deadlines. Described current staff and detail of length in position, length of time employed, job functions and responsibilities.
