      $28 for all the process below and a 45min interview is doing a bit too much lol 1. Apply 2. Questionnaire (easy) 3. Engagement session: telling you about the role on teams with 20 other candidate 4. Phone call to book in the interview 5. 1 on 1 interview with the “team leader” that goes for 45mins

      The total process took around 2 weeks. I applied online. There was an application that I had to fill out and then submit. A few days later, I received an email to answer some questions to this AI chat bot, I believe it was a screening thing. Then you have to complete this online assessment, where you have to answer questions and scenarios that you would encounter in the job. If you are successful with this online assessment, you will be invited to the group information session online on MS Teams. You must attend to be able to proceed with the recruitment. After the information session, someone from the recruitment team will call you within 24 hours to schedule an interview. There interview questions were pretty standard.

Out of these 4 values, which resonates with you the most and give an example of how you demonstrated this in your previous work experience. Q: Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult/aggressive customer. How did this impact you? How would you deal with them in this role? Q: What motivates you?       Interview

      Initial contact through AI bots. There is a group teams call you must attend to watch an PowerPoint on the role itself. And then if you’re still interested, an online test which includes voice recordings to prompts. If successful, you will talk to a Team Leader via teams for a half hour interview.
