Three interviews, pretty basic, all were very nice and informative, but I don’t understand why it’s recruiters think it’s acceptable in this day and age just to ghost candidates after we re-arrange our own schedules to make interviews for times that work better for them. Respect is lacking here and I feel confident that it’s a good thing I won’t be joining team.
I had multiple rounds of interviews with several members of management. The process moved quickly compared to some other companies I’ve worked for. The company was very communicative on next steps.

First a phone interview with a recruiter, then an in person interview at the store with the manager, then a zoom interview with someone from headquarters, then another zoom interview with HR. There was zero follow-up after that, even when I emailed them asking.
