I discovered the job posting on LinkedIn, at which time I reached out directly to the Recruiting Manager, who asked I apply online. The morning after I did that, he called and asked me to come in the same day for an interview. I met with the HR Generalist and Recruiting Manager and it did not feel like your typical interview. While they were both professional, they made it a fun experience. Being the nervous interviewee I usually am, I was quite relaxed and enjoyed my visit because it was more a conversation to get to know my personality (maintaining culture is important at LiveOps), letting my resume speak for itself. I received an offer the following day from the HR Generalist, who promptly sent me all the forms and documents I needed to read and fill out. Everything was web-based so it was quick and simple to complete. She was also very responsive and helpful in answering any questions I had.
