Sertis Senior Software Engineer interview questions

It took me a whole month to finish the interview process. The process has 4 steps. 1. HR interview 2. Take Home Test ( they give you a week to finish) 3.Technical Interview 4.Culture Interview I passed all the test and got the approval from both technical and culture sections. However, after i ve submitted the expectation salary, they sent me a reject letter and they don't even try to negotiate. The hiring manager has the last say in this. They should have rejected me before the final round if they are not sure about this. They make us waste our time and energy for nothing and it's not professional to treat us like this. Although the hiring manager is unprofessional, the team has friendly environment and very humble. In conclusion, please avoid this kind of company which will waste your time and energy for nothing , especially expats. I don't want you guys to feel wasted like i did.
