Interview
I applied for the Case Manager position and later received an email informing me that the position had been filled. The email suggested that my degree would be suited for the Service Coordinator role, so I agreed, and an interview was scheduled a few days later. However, the recruiter was very unprofessional and had no personality. They didn’t even introduce themselves, and their tone made it seem as if they were forced to interview me. During the interview, the questions were about the Case Manager position rather than the Service Coordinator role. Each question sounded like it was read from a script, and each response was met with silence. The whole experience felt uncoordinated and unprofessional.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews, first with one interviewer and the second one was with two. Questions were mostly behavioral questions, for example: describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker.

Interview
The interview process was fairly standard, going through the benefits, pay, and duties first before going through a scripted list of questions to hand off to the hiring team. Then, they asked the common questions (communication style, how tech savvy you are, how you manage multiple projects) and experience with advocacy and changing goals.

Question 1
They asked about your experience you have with disability advocacy, and what local resources you may have interacted with.

Interview
First step was a virtual pre-screen with a recruiter who was a terrible interviewer. Very cold, no smile, robotic interrogation style questions, hard to understand. Really turned me off from working for the company. Second round was a virtual panel interview with many situation based questions so prepare those ahead of time. Took a couple weeks from start to finish
