Interview
Skill test & personality test before initial interview with a recruiter. Second Interview was with an executive from Profit Rhino. The third interview was as far as I got because I withdrew from consideration after that. Everyone kept going on about how great their culture was, and it was very important to make sure I would be the right fit for their culture. Then I was asked my martial status, and family situation - "any kids?". Also lots of questions about my hobbies, how I spend my spare time, etc.
Then it hit me, "culture" was simply code for conservative. Why else would an employer need to know my martial status? I feel like I dodged a bullet though, would never want to work for a company like this.
Oh, and a week after I withdrew from consideration they sent me a rejection email: "We have decided to move forward with another candidate". LOL.

Interview
It was good! It followed a fairly standard process of recruiter, manager, senior manager. They communicated well, followed up, etc. They even tried to get me to work there by increasing their offer, they were super prompt.
