I went through a temp agency and they set up an interview for me. I went in and spoke to a manager about my past experiences and how it related to the job offering. She asked me questions on how I would react in certain situations and explained what I was expected to do there if I was hired for the position. It was about 25 minutes long and ended with a handshake.
