ServiceMaster Brands interview questions

Interview went well & was told by The HR person I would be informed about next steps. After trying to follow-up with only to be ghosted it just shows that ServiceMaster and their Brands do not have the common decency to at a minimum follow-up with a rejection email. Unfortunately this seems to be the case with most companies & goes to show how useless HR people can be.

Interviewed for marketing roles. Very conversational, positive HR interviews. I was moved forward, however never heard back after following up. Roles seem to be reposted 2-3x making me wonder if these openings are real...
