I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Kirkland, WA) in Feb 2019
Interview
The first step was a take home assessment(offline). The assessment was specific to the team I was interviewing with. The question was to develop a simple executable that could perform a certain operation on a csv file. Took 2-4 hours to complete.
The next round was an on-site with the team which consisted of 2 pair programming interviews, 1 code review for the take home assignment and a behavioral round.

Question 1
Cannot disclose the interview questions but they were fairly simple. The tricky part was developing the solution while writing test cases. Code review was very extensive and in-depth. They questioned the smallest design decisions and use of certain libraries vs others.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Recruiter Call and then Technical interview with 3 software engineers. They worked with you as you solved the problem. There are no test cases, it is like a system design problem.
My First round was a Recruiter Interview where I was asked a couple of behavioral questions. The second/ final round was a coding interview with a panel of 3 engineers.
Pretty straightforward, had to follow up with the recruiter a few times though as they are a little slow but the final interview was 3 back-to-back interviews, one behavioral, one technical behavioral where they asked a super simple programming loops question, and one hiring manager.
