I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow in May 2011
Interview
the recruiter asked a lot of meaningful quesions on the phone but when I arrived for my on site interview, it was unorganized and the managers that interviewed me didn't really have many questions. they just talked about what they were doing which seemed chaotic. one manage just complained a lot.
