Interview
Was at a job fair. It was quite quick and organized. They had it in a hotel and had pre-screening. I was one of the last groups to go however the process was quick. There were 10 interviewers. Once you were hired, you would go into another room, select the type of shift you wanted and you were done!

Interview
It was a simple interview process. After submitting my application, they immediately gave me an interview, and all they asked was if I had any experience refuels planes and if I can handle working outside in the elements. Poof. Hired. Very informal.
