I applied online. I interviewed at Servpro Industries in June 2015
Interview
Had a brief , easy interview - basically a review of the jobs duties. I thought the interview could have been handled in a more professional and straight forward manner.
The interview process was per usual. I was promised there would be training, it turned out to be 99.9% online. I was told that taking a salary significantly less than I was hoping for would be sufficiently covered by the first year of commissions. I was told there was a great team in place for the commercial side of the business to grow quickly. I was told there was a GC on staff?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is a negative scenario in your past that you turned into a positive?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Servpro Industries (Kansas City, MO) in Feb 2017
Interview
Lengthy. Very nice, but was interviewed by the owners, and production managers. It was a nice interview. Just lasted a long time. I believe there were about 10-20 pages of questions I was asked and quite a lot to fill out on the application.
