Easy to get past the interview and get hired within a week of applying. Keep up the good work and make it easy for everyone not just me. I would recommend to anyone looking for an intro job in sales
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at SetSchedule (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Pretty straight forward, as was to be expected and everything was pretty smooth. You know, the usual. I walked into the building, got to their floor and office. Sat on a chair while interviewing.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SetSchedule (Irvine, CA) in June 2023
Interview
I applied at the Irvine location. interview was pretty chill but the interview seemed kinda ticked off to take my interview.
I think someone more junior should have done my interview. Seemed like a waste of both of our times.
What I was curious about is this deceptive tactic companies do all the time especially with sales. They will list it as $65k - $100k thats not the truth. The position starts at $21/hr which I guess is modest but that actually pans out to be a $43k base just as a FYI. all in all easy interview process. I
t felt rushed. Felt inorganic. I didn't get an offer but it was actually one of the few rejection letters I felt relieved to get. I think the company should just hire experienced professionals and pay them a real base. Also interviewer quoted me different commission structures which led me to believe something fishy is going on. The real likely range of the pay is more about $55k with a $21/hr...$43k base and the product you are selling doesn't even look to be all the rage!
This is great for someone who just graduated college two days ago. Experienced professionals desperate for a career in market volatility don't waste your time.
