Two interviews. Technical interview where you take several tests to measure your general english/math skills and knowledge specific to the position followed by traditional interview. The overall process was smooth.

Interview
It is a long and interesting process. There are a number of test from the "are you smarter than a 5th grader", to a controls knowledge test, to a personality profile. No stone is left un-turned. The actual interviews are in depth and introspective. Honesty and openness are essential to success.
