2) Test écrit :
- Questionnaire approfondi (parcours, compétences, motivations...)
- "Case study" (sélection d'annonces, rédaction de mails)
3) Entretien avec 1 Lead Home Matcher (visio) :

4) Entretien avec l'Operation Manager (visio) :
- questions + approfondies

5) Entretien de fit avec 1 fondateur (Paris) :
- alignement avec les valeurs, culture et fonctionnement de l'entreprise
