They sit you down, talk about the operations, and ask you to come back for a stage/trail. A 2 day process. The stage/trail itself was held on a Friday, in particular they had asked me to put dough through a depositor and tray up around 200 cookies

Interview
The interview was quick and abrupt. The owner and the general manager were both present and they ask about the coffee experience, they make you present them with an espresso drink to judge your qualifications for the job and they ask about your dedication to the company.
