Seven Points Capital interview questions

They blew me off twice and never answered my emails. I called them to reschedule the first time I was blown off and they told me to 'call them' at a different time, different day, so I complied. I gave them a call at the time they mentioned and the guy who was supposed to interview me 'left the office early' and they gave me his email to reach out to him and set it up. Very sloppy and disrespectful impression of them. If this is how they treat candidates so early in the process...my imagination only goes so far. Do NOT apply here!

Short phone interview on background followed by an in-person interview at the office. They were skeptical about hiring a recent grad with no trading experience, but encouraged ways to gain such experience
