Bring you in, agree to a variety of things, but put nothing in writing. Tell you it is mandatory you work every other week end but fail to tell you that is fri sat and sun and also tell you they are on 3 day 4 day weeks, but fail to explain that the overtime is NOT an option but mandated. The interview process is deceitful. You may agree to something based on national standards only to find out they have their own way of twisting things. They HIRE everybody because no one stays.
