I applied on a job posting site. Than I was called for initial interview. In that interview I was asked about my background and salary requirement. Than I was called to a written test. I passed that test and was called again for final interview. They asked about joining date, negotiated salary.

My resume was firstly short listed for an initial interview, After my 1st interview i was shortlist for a test. Fortunately, test results short listed me again for the 2nd and final interview in which i got selected for the post of "project officer".
