Phone screen with recruiter, then face-to-face interview with recruiter personnel, then pre-interview discussion and interview then with company personnel. Overall, it was all terrific - the recruiter was great, the company was great, and it was a fantastic experience (other than not being offered the position). The best thing is that the recruiting firm knew their business, and the company personnel seemed to know exactly what they were seeking.
