Done as a video interview. The recruiter called beforehand and lets you know when you need to complete your interview. You can practice beforehand and then record when you are ready. Simple process!
After applying there was an initial phone call where a HR person described the job, checked to see I met the job requirements and asked a couple questions. Then I had an in person interview. At the end of the interview a site tour was scheduled and at the tour I was offered a job.

Quick and simple. They needed to hire more people to fill the positions quickly. Despite having no experience in the field, the interview questions did not matter to the interviewer.
