A personality test, wonderlic (quasi iq test). Worth mentioning that they require you to send a university degree transcript and record yourself taking the test and share with them the video. After a month they reached out to schedule a call with HR person, some basic questions about experience, some soft skills. Only then my profile was shared with Hiring Manager (or so I was told) and then I got a rejection. A huge waste of time.
A complete waste of time - A reminder to myself to not do any work / test before a human being screens you.
I think this process shows a lack of respect for candidate time.

My recent experience interviewing for a senior-level position with this company was disappointing and did not meet the standards I expect for executive recruitment. The process lacked the structure and standardization necessary to effectively evaluate a senior candidate, and the interview questions did not reflect the seniority of the role.
Most concerning was the lack of follow-through: I was explicitly informed by the Colombian recruiting team that I would be moving forward to a testing stage, but that step was never delivered. Despite my interest, the lack of communication and follow-up was unprofessional. I would suggest that the recruitment team re-evaluate their candidate management process to ensure a more cohesive and respectful experience.
