I met with the COO and had tour of the office. Felt like a screening interview. The second interview would be with the project team. The COO gave a pretty comprehensive introduction of their portfolio.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Shalom Baranes Assoc (Washington, DC) in Nov 2014
Interview
It was a video interview. I was asked about my experience showing on my resume and what did I do before the graduation and interview. I spend most of the time talking about project details of my portfolio and the one hour video interview seemed almost too short. There were not many unexpected questions and the interview went quite smoothly.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me to show some projects other than what was there in the portfolio. I did not prepare more projects, so I have to search my hard drive during the interview.
