El proceso de selección tuvo tres etapas: primero con Recursos Humanos, luego con el equipo de Customer Success, y finalmente con los managers.
Fue una entrevista centrada en experiencias y trayectoria profesional, sin presentaciones ni pruebas técnicas, enfocada principalmente en conocer mi perfil y forma de trabajo.

Question 1
Durante la entrevista me hicieron preguntas sobre mi experiencia profesional y sobre mi experiencia en atención al cliente, incluyendo ejemplos de situaciones pasadas, cómo manejo diferentes tipos de clientes y cómo resuelvo incidencias o conflictos de manera efectiva.

I went through the whole process and had interviews with the recruiter, one manager, one customer experience agent and the CEO. The process went mostly well and they were quite nice, though I must say it was weird and kind of a red flag to be interviewed by an agent who clearly had less experience than myself in the field and who was obviously underqualified to be a part of a recruitment process. At the end they ghosted me without ever giving me feedback. That’s right, after four interviews, they simply vanished. Quite the professionals here. If you’re in a process with them, be warned that they may waste your time.
