Took them a few months to get back with me regarding their designer position. The interview lasted around 4 hrs or so where I filled out a bunch of useless and outdated personality/ aptitude questionnaires . I thought the whole meeting went well, until the next day when I received the rejection email. Fast forward a year later and I got contacted to hire for the same position. I respectfully as I could, declined the potential opportunity.
