They say it's an interview, it's not. It's you and a bunch of other people listening to their powerpoint pitch for a commission based position. The recruiting process was shady at best. Definitely a possibility to make money but I was really turned off by the procedure they chose.

Phone interview first (very easy, asks basic questions and make sure you are comfortable climbing roofs!) Then in-person interview will be in the field and chat with recruiter or junior sales manager.
