I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Shamrock Trading Corporation (Lenexa, KS) in Oct 2012
Interview
I initially received a call from a recruiter asking if I was interested in an account representative position at RTS. After the conversation, I was instructed to fill out an application so the recruiter could let the hiring manager know. The first interview was with a recruiter (about 30 minutes), then with the recruiting manager, which lasted another 30 minutes. The interview consisted of questions about my resume and some experiences I have had in the past. I was later contacted to conduct a second interview, this time with two operations managers. This interview consisted of more customer-related questions and situations I have experienced in the past. I was told the third interview would have been with the hiring manager and the company CEO, but I did not reach this step in the process.
The hiring process is very quick if they are interested in you. Within 8 days of being initially contacted about the position I already had two one on one interviews. If they are interested in you, they will move the process along as quickly as you can allow it.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Shamrock Trading Corporation (Overland Park, KS) in May 2026
Interview
I went through three rounds of interviews for this role and invested significant time preparing for each stage. While the initial process seemed promising, the final interview felt unstructured and not very professional. The questions were random, with no clear flow or break between topics, which came across as disorganized and somewhat amateur.
Unfortunately, after multiple rounds, I received a rejection without much clarity or constructive feedback. The process could be improved by better respecting candidates’ time and ensuring a more structured and professional interview experience. I appreciated the opportunity to interview, but overall the experience was disappointing.

Question 1
I was asked about a gap in my work history, which I explained as a professional break taken to strengthen my analytical skills through focused learning and certifications.
3 step interview process, begins with a phone call, then a zoom interview and then an offer over a phone call. All virtual interviews. Super quick turn around on the decision
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Shamrock Trading Corporation (Overland Park, KS)
Interview
The most organized interview I've ever had. They are excellent at communication which I consider as a green flag. Timeline: Late January - applied through the website, got a response within a week; Early March - phone screening , a week later - a Zoom interview scheduled with three leadership team members; another week later - final Zoom interview with two executive team members. It was a longer interviewing process for me but I definitely felt respected and welcomed the whole time.
