Shane Co. Customer Service Associate interview questions

I had an initial phone call with the HR rep. He was very friendly and asked a few basic questions. He then ask when I could come to the store for an interview with the Operations Manager. I interviewed with her and also had a 2nd interview with the store manager. They offered me the position within 48 hours after the 2nd interview.

Great interview process. The manager and assistant manager made it very professional but also personable. They asked general interview questions, gave me a tour of the store, and told me all about the company and how it's ran.
