The interview process typically unfolds across several stages, beginning with a series of one-on-one conversations with various team leads to help both sides get a deeper sense of alignment. This is followed by a dedicated interview with the CEO, which provides broader organizational context and insight into the company’s long-term vision. The process concludes with a case study presentation, which is designed to be approachable and is usually quite straightforward.
