Grueling and Repetitive: 4 Times I was brought in, 4! All could have been consolidated for the exact same questions and role. The recruiter didn't have a clue of what he was doing, and infact i had to escalate to the VP Talent. She handled it 5 times better than the recruiter and atleast I got some answers. I would advise anybody interviewing there to prepare for a lot of change, and realize that it's a startup going through growing pains right now. I do wish them the best, I just wish they were smart enough to choose the obvious candidate who came from the industry, and the team absolutely liked, Vs coming from outside somewhere else and having to train them. ALso, the junior developer never even interviewed me and spent his entire time on his laptop.
