      Accounts Assistant Interview

      3 Oct 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Wolverhampton, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sharps Bedrooms (Wolverhampton, England) in Nov 2021

      Interview

Very relaxed and professional interview experience I had with Sharps a couple of years ago, felt more like a casual chat, which I believe is how interviews should be. I was eventually offered the role, and when I was leaving the company, I had an exit interview with HR which was the first I ever had. A very commendable initiative as feedback from exit interviews can help organisations to be more proactive with issues of HR
