Relax and professional. I interview with the manager of their upstream process development team and I was asked related questions about biochemistry, my knowledge from my associated university, NC State University in relations to their BTEC department.

First received an email from the hiring manager directly and had a phone interview with the hiring manager directly, moved to an in person interview with the whole team and finally HR called me and offered me the job officially.

Interview
Started with phone call with the recruiter. Next step was zoom calls with department director and CTO. Last step was an on site interview with various team members. Overall it was a smooth process and the management team was very engaged throughout. They clearly made an effort to create a welcoming environment during the interviews.
