You would first submit resume and fill out the application. After your application is reviewed you would be contacted for an interview at the corporate office. If that interview goes well they will set you up with an assessment and a drug test. They also do a background check as well and once you pass everything you are then moved on to the second interview with the department supervisors. If you are a good fit for that team they will contact you with an offer and you will be scheduled to come in to fill out some paperwork and training.
