Interview
The interview process involves you meeting with several different managers in the division HR thinks they would like to place you. This is to let these managers gauge your experience and how they think you would fit in that culture. These are normally laid back interviews and enjoyable as all of these people are very knowledgeable and want to know more about yourself.

Questions vary wildly based on interviewers. These can be technical questions, personality based questions, life experience questions. Anything that helps them get a feel for your people skills, and technical capability.
