Interview
You must first complete a personality test through The Predictive Index. If your results are acceptable you will be offered a phone interview with HR. If the results of that interview are of interest to the hiring manager they will offer a 2nd, in-person, interview with that manager.

They ask some of the standard questions meant to illicit an honest response while putting you "on the spot"; like how did you handle a conflict with a co-worker or boss? If you made a mistake and how you handled that situation? What are your salary requirements?
