I was interviewed in 2022 done by the area manager. It was an easy interview . Was asked what kindness means to me . I passed but declined the offer . The payment was very ok .

Easy, 10 min interview just general questions about yourself. Found out at the interview that I got the job, given a start date and contract sent in the post for me to sign. The friendlier and outgoing you are in the interview the chances you will get the job straight off
