Not bad they ask me mostly out of my CV and no technical questions , interviewers are partners of the firm. Waited for almost 2 hours as there were a lot of candidates that day.
Quick interview done through Zoom. Mainly asked personal questions and looking for a pupil who will say yes quickly/ intends to stay in Shearn long-term. Questions general test whether you can respond confidently and concisely. No legal/technical questions other than the area you are interested in.
The interview was straightforward and conversational, primarily revolving around my CV and past experiences. The interviewers were approachable and professional. I appreciated the prompt response regarding the outcome, which reflected an efficient and well-organised process.
