Interview
I applied online and within 2 hours the assistant manager called me for an interview. I went in 2 days later and was hired on the spot. I had to go for a drug test and everything came back good. They were having some issues with management at the store at the time so actually starting to train took about 2 weeks after the drug test. Most of the time it doesn't take that long though.

She asked a lot of what would you do in this situation or tell me about a time questions. There were some questions about what you'd do in a certain scenario.
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.
It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
