Interview
Prepare a technical proposal usually a team/joint proposal involving key oil and gas areas. Defend it with your team. Proposal can be divided to show a workflow from start to finish amongst team members. The interview process was physical. It was divided into two phases - technical and behavioural parts.
It was a virtual assessment. There were 3 sections: Personality Test, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking, and they were separated out. It was Entirely online and remote, no human interaction
he process typically starts with the submission of an online application through Shell's careers website. Candidates are encouraged to apply for specific job openings that align with their qualifications and interests.
There is a written application, two virtual interviews (one more quantitative/ pattern matching and one where you record answers to a handful of questions), following by a final case study
