I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shell (Boulder, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
90 minute long interview with huge question packet. Man wrote down my answers furiously making little to no eye contact the entire time. It was all very intimidating. All personal questions and no technical questions. It often felt like he was asking the same question over and over. I was applying for and undergrad internship.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts
